Wireless Sentinel™ devices are a family of wireless equipment that can be used as serial communication protocol converters and/or as Remote Terminal Units (RTU) for tele-metering and control applications.
These devices can work in WiFi, Zigbee or cellular networks and have inputs and outputs (I/O) for analog and discrete signals, providing a complete wireless solution for instrumentation connectivity to automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, alarm panels, etc.
There are several models of the Wireless Sentinel including panel mount (DIN Rail), outdoor (IP66) and explosion proof versions for Class 1, Division 1 (ATEX Zone 1). Additionally, low consumption versions with solar power and capacitor bank instead of batteries are available, allowing the deployment of truly wireless telemetry and control networks.
WiFi Sentinel WFS-1000
The WiFi Sentinel (WFS-1000) is a serial-to-wireless converter and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that includes analog and digital I/O, as well as a lead-acid battery charger to provide a complete wireless solution for network connectivity. instrumentation to automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, alarm panels, etc.

Sentinel Gas Detector
SGD-1000 is a gas detector designed to detect and monitor airborne combustible hydrocarbon gases over the range of 0-100% LEL using Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) optical technology.
The gas detector is equipped with a splash guard. to prevent the entry of water, and also has a 0.1 mm mesh filter to prevent the entry of dust and insects that may damage the optics.
The SGD-1000 is an intelligent embedded system that includes a mirror, photodiode, and LED optical system, signal amplifiers, a microcontroller, an infrared LED current driver, a UART interface signal generator, and a voltage unit.
